Do I have to pay customs fees when ordering from the UK?

For orders shipped to the UK with a value above £135, customs duties, VAT and/or handling fees may apply. These charges are collected by the courier or customs authorities and are outside our control as a brand.

For orders of £135 or less, VAT is usually included at checkout, so customers should not normally be asked to pay import taxes to the courier upon delivery.

RETURNS
